NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 1st day of July, 2015, in the cause wherein STC, LLC, Plaintiff, and Michael A. Grieco, Aneta Grieco, Peter Lubrano and Ben Lubrano, Defendants, being case number 12CA9044NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendants, Michael A. Grieco and Aneta Grieco , in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on August 18, 2015, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said Defendant's, Michael A. Grieco and Aneta Grieco, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND.
