NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10th day of July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002727 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein SELF HELP CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and LEONID TABAKOV; LYUDMILA TABAKOV; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 14th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2556, 51ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
