NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 27, 2015, and entered in CASE NO.: 2013-CA-003890-NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC.,GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR2, is the Plaintiff and Barbara Prisco and Anthony Prisco are Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
