HENDERSON REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 17, 1999; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DEER HOLLOW HOMEOWNERS ASOCIATION INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 13th day of August, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 156 DEER HOLLOW UNIT II A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30 PAGES 26, 26A THROUGH 26 E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THAT PORTION OF SUBJECT LOT CONVEYED PER FINAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT RECORDED IN IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3001 PAGE 2520 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARSOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
