NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21st day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009856 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP, is Plaintiff and RANDAL C. DUNKLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANDAL C. DUNKLE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 19th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, AQUALANE ESTATES, FIRST UNIT, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/33RD INTEREST IN AQUALANE CANAL, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
