NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 18, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-008250 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2007-FA1, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is Plaintiff and STACY B. FASTIGGI, THOMAS J FASTIGGI, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TRACEY JANNEY, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STACY B. FASTIGGI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. FASTIGGI, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of August, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 62, Woodpine Lake Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 25, Pages 32, 32A and 32B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with improvements thereon.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
