NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 05, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001329 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-2, is Plaintiff, and KENNETH D. ALLEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 221, Building A, BELLA VILLINO, VI, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument # 2005229158, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 19, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
