NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005290 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GUSTAVO COLLAZO A/K/A GUSTAVO M. COLLAZO; SANDRA FREDERICKSON A/K/A SANDRA K. FREDERICKSON; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 21st day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK 1179, TWENTY SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
