NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 20th day of April 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-006696-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006- 7, is the Plaintiff and MARC J. BABIN AND ELISABETH D. BABIN A/K/A ELISABETH BABIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., A NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC D/B/A DITECH.COM, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 18th day of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
