Manack, Jr., Robert S. Manack, Steven Branham, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Joint Living Trust of Janice E. Winemiller and Patricia A. Lillie dated February 12, 1990, The Unknown Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement dated February 12, 1990 known as the Joint Living Trust of Janice E. Winemiller and Patricia A. Lillie, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 31st of August, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
