NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 5, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 006221 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and DAWN SWETTMAN, NANCY LINT, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF RICHARD W. SWETTMAN A/K/A RICHARD WILLIAM SWETTMAN A/K/A RICHARD SWETTMAN, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY LINT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD W. SWETTMAN A/K/A RICHARD WILLIAM SWETTMAN A/K/A RICHARD SWETTMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWN SWETTMAN, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Richard W. Swettman a/k/a Richard William Swettman, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of September, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block 8, EAST GATE UNIT #1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 43, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
