YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title and/or For Reformation of Deed to the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 15, Block 91, VENEZIA PARK SECTION OF VENICE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 168, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (the “Property”).
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Adam M. Shonson, Esq., whose address is 200 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 210, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, on or before THIRTY (30) DAYS, of the first date of publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
