YOU ARE NOTIFIED that substitute-Plaintiff, Miramar Acquisitions, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, has filed an action against you seeking to foreclose a Mortgage on the following property in SARASOTA County, Florida:
Lot 16, Block “G” Revised Plat of Valencia Terrace, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 45, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on substitute-Plaintiffs attorney
