NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 27th day of July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009589, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ARTHUR H. DEXTER; PEGGY A. DEXTER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; IBERIABANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 7, EAST GATE UNIT #1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
