NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001317 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, is the Plaintiff and Branch Banking and Trust Company, Charlene A. Colgan also known as Charlene Colgan, Three Oaks HOA, Inc., Walter P. Colgan also known as Walter Colgan, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 2nd of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 447, THREE OAKS UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
