UNIT 223-S, COLONY BEACH & TENNIS CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM RESORT HOTEL ACCORDING TO DECLARATIONOF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1025 PG. 200 TO 277, BOTH INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PG. 12 TO 12F, BOTH INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FL;
SUBJECT TO VALID EASEMENTS, RESERVATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, IF ANY AND REAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1979 AN SUBSEQUENT YEARS.
