NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015, and entered in CASE NO. 2013-CA-001791 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, Not In Its Individual Capacity but Solely As Trustee of the Primestar-H Fund I Trust is the Plaintiff and Nathaniel L. Wilson; Jaqueline Wilson; City Of Sarasota, a Municipal Corporation Of The State Of Florida; Jane Doe N/K/A James Thomas III; John Doe N/K/A Sally Harper; Tony Comacho, @ 9:00 A.M. on the 1st day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 3192 &3193, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO.11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
