LOT 1395, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 12, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIA.
