NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2015 and order to reset Judicial Sale dated July 29, 2015 entered in Case No. 2014-CA-003486 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Alicia Grover, Richard Grover, Jr., Kimal Lumber Company and Unknown Tenant(s) n/k/a Ashlee Grover are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on September 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
