NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA002710NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-14 is Plaintiff and SLG TRUSTEE SERVICES, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 10, 2012 AND KNOWN AS THE 4050 WESTFIELD COURT LAND TRUST, SATWATH ALI, ANN ALI A/K/A ANN M. ALI A/K/A ANNA MARIA ALI, COUNTRY MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION SUCCESSOR TO SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A ANNA BALLENGER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A TOM BALLENGER, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 10, 2012 AND KNOWN AS THE 4050 WESTFIELD COURT LAND TRUST, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., unknown trustees, settlers and beneficiaries of Trust Agreement dated April 10, 2012 and known as the 4050 Westfield Court Land Trust are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of September, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 72, Country Manor, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof recorded In Plat Book 33, Page 37, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
