NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 9, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012CA008997NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-S1 is Plaintiff and JAMES A. JACKSON, WOODHAVEN ESTATES VILLAS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES A. JACKSON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of September, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 43, Block 2535, 51st Addition to PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 8, 8A thru 8GG, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
