NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-005744 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR FINANCE AMERICA MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-3 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-3, is Plaintiff and GREGORY MILLER, et al., are Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 9th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, Block 349, 3rd Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 31, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
