Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 11, 2015 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 251, BRENTWOOD ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 21 AND 21A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock, A.M., on September 11, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
