Unit No. 4 CASA RIO II, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1240, Pages 1628 through 1658 as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Pages 50 and 50A of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
