NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001172 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL VON GUTTENBERG; CITIBANK, SOUTH DAKOTA, N.A.; SOUTH GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 50, SOUTH GATE, UNIT NO. 13, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
