NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on August 13, 2015 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 38 FEET OF LOT 17 AND ALL OF LOT 19, BLOCK A, A NEWTOWN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, on the 17th day of September, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
