NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 4, 2015, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007247 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QA3 is the Plaintiff and Pilar D. Rivera-Munoz; Unknown Spouse of Pilar D. Rivera-Munoz if any; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Homecomings Financial, LLC (f/k/a Homecomings Financial Network, Inc.); Patricia L. Gergen; Patricia L. Gergen, as Trustee of the Patricia L. Gergen Revocable Trust u/a Dated July 11, 1990; John Doe; Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 9th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION I, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AND THE RANGE LINE IN THE CENTER OF OLD BRADENTON ROAD, RUN WEST PARALLEL TO THE QUARTER LINE 821.6 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 30 FEET THENCE WEST 60 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 73.9 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 132.0 FEET; THENCE EAST 73.9 FEET; THENCE NORTH 132.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING THE SAME LAND AS DESCRIBED AS LOT 1, BLOCK “A” AS PER THAT SURVEY RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 304, PAGE 573, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
