NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 18 May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 000328 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Jason D. Bricker, Laura F.C. Bricker, The Unknown Spouse of Laura F.C. Bricker, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15th of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 928 AND 929, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO, 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
