NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 008841 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL OR BANKING CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE SRMOF II 2011-1 TRUST is Plaintiff and JOSEPH STEPHENS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH STEPHENS N/K/A CRYSTAL STEPHENS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY NKA DAVID GUERRERO; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 11th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND THE NORTH 10 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK C, WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
