NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015 CA 002280 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WMC2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC2, Plaintiff, and KRISZTINA CAMPION; MILES CAMPION; SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC;, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 16th day of September, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 302, BUILDING NO.6, OF SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. INSTRUMENT NO. 2005045834 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
