NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, and entered in 2010CA008991NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ELISABETH ARGUELLES A/K/A ELIZABETH ARGUELLES; PETER ARGUELLES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER MIN NO. 1000157-0005903391-6; C. IVAN STOLTZFUS; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 N/K/A ROMONA GIBSON; UNKNOWN TENANT NO.2 N/K/A MADELINE WINKLEMAN are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, THIRD REVISED PLAT OF INDIAN BEACH COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 114, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
