NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 007834 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT NPL IX ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST, Plaintiff, and EVANS S. LAMPOS; CEDO SPASOVSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CEDO SPASOVSKI; THE ENCLAVE AT ASHTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LUIS MORENO;, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 17th day of September, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, THE ENCLAVE AT ASHTON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 20 AND 20A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
