NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2015, and entered in 2015 CA 002324 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2002-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2002-5 is the Plaintiff and MELVIN ORTH; OAKWOOD MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
