NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 BUDGET; AND NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING AND REGULAR BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS' MEETING.
The Board of Supervisors of the Myakka Ranch Community Development District will hold an Audit Committee meeting and regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on September 15, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of AM Engineering, Inc., located at 8340 Consumer Court, Sarasota, Florida 34240. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and establish the minimum qualifications and evaluation criteria that the District will use to solicit audit services. The regular board meeting will take place immediately following the adjournment of the Audit Committee meeting where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. The public hearing will be held during the regular board meeting for the purpose of hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the budget of the District for Fiscal Year 2015/2016. A copy of the agendas and budget may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, Fishkind & Associates, Inc., located at 12051 Corporate Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32817, (407) 382-3256, during normal business hours.
The public hearing and meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The public hearing and meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board or the Committee with respect to any matter considered at the public hearing or meetings is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
