claiming by, through or under Cristobal Manso Lucen and Lydia Santiago de Manso, who are known to be dead; or any other defendants,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title in favor of Plaintiff on the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida to-wit:
Lots 17 and 18, Block 1801, 37th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION as per the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16 at Pages 4 and 4A through 4H of the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Douglas W. Grissinger, Esq., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 13801-D Tamiami Trail, North Port, FL 34287 on or before 9-28-15 and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
