NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2015, and entered in 2009 CA 000954 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2007 MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff and JOHN H. HEALY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 447.36 FEET OF THE NORTH 210.4 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, ALSO RIGHT OF ACCESS AND EGRESS OVER EASEMENT DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE WEST 20 FEET OF THE EAST 434.86 FEET OF THE NORTH 420 FEET OF THE SOUTH 450 FEET OF SAID SW 1/4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
