NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 004660 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE TO LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11 is Plaintiff and GLEN R. MAST AKA GLEN MAST, SUE MAST, CHATWICK COURT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of September, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, CHATWICK COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
