NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 11, 2015, in the above-styled cause now pending in said Court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the manner provided at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Florida law at 9:00 a.m. EST on September 16, 2015, the real property and personal property located in Sarasota County, Florida, and described as follows:
THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 185 FEET OF THE EAST 285 FEET OF THE NORTH 155 FEET OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET FOR THE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND LESS PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA BY VIRTUE OF ORDER OF TAKING IN CASE NO. 87-2719, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1975, PAGE 2324 AND O.R. BOOK 1984, PAGE 2679, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
