NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006796 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Christiana Trust, a division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but as Trustee of ARLP Trust 4 is the Plaintiff and Susan B. Hogan; Unknown Spouse of Susan B. Hogan are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, CRECELIUS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
