NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2011 CA 006607 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and ANH THUY NGOC DO, TRUC V DO, IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANH THUY NGOC DO, THE VILLAGES AT PINE TREE HOA, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 1 N.K.A ANDY PHAM, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRUC V DO N.K.A KIM DO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of September, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3044, VILLAGES AT PINETREE, MARSH PINE ENCLAVE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page(s) 22, 22A through 22E, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
