NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 8th day of July, 2015, in the cause wherein Cach, LLC, Plaintiff vs. Vicki Leach, Defendant, being case number 09CC5774NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Vicki Leach, in and to the following described personal property, to-wit:

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on September 30, 2015, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant, Vicki Leach's, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid personal property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND.
