NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002541 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-14, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-14, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee, by PNC Bank, National Association as Servicer, is the Plaintiff and Norman J. Corden, Stearns Bank National Association, successor in interest to Community National Bank of Sarasota County, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25th of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
