NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2013, and entered in 2012 CA 005277 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and ROBERT E. SEAY ; JEFFERY W. KAPLAN; UNKNOWN TENANT#1; UNKNOWN TENANT#2; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERY SEAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY CHRISTINA IRVING; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE C/O ASSITANT ATTORNEY GENERAL; LAKES ESTATES III OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC C/O ARGUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC; MARY CHRISTINA IRVING are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 09, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, LAKES ESTATES III OF SARASOTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 2, 2A, THROUGH 2H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
