Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC9, Plaintiff, and JEFFREY ZEPP , et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of October, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 28 of WOODSIDE VILLAGE EAST, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1042, Page 379, and all exhibits and amendments thereof and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 38 and 38A, as amended in Condominium Book 10, Page 49 and Condominium Book 13, Page 34, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
