NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 26th day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009097, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BARRY HALL HUNTLEY A/K/A BARRY H. HUNTLEY A/K/A BARRY HUNTLEY, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ADAM HUNTLEY; JOHN CHRISTEN NIELSEN; AMANDA KAYE NIELSEN; JORY L. NEILSEN A/K/A JAUREL LYNLEY GOBEILLE; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 1st day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 17, BLOCK A, ROBIN HOOD WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
