UNIT 7-11, DOLPHIN TOWER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1055, PAGES 269 THRU 387, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1069, PAGES 310 THRU 322, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1069, PAGES 1652 THRU 1688, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1416, PAGE 1125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
