NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 004974 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWMBS Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2005-HYB10, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-HYB10, is Plaintiff, and Lucy May Herczeg, Bahia Vista Gulf of Venice, Inc., and Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Francis Tran, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on October 8, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 272, Parcel K, BAHIA VISTA GULF, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 826, Page 856, and amendments thereof, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 3, Page 41, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
