NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-005256 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and STEVEN ZAJAC, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of October, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 1016, OF 21ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, AT PAGES 9, 9A THROUGH 9I, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
