NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated 3/02/2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2012-CA-005945 NC, DIVISION: A, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BMO HARRIS BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO M & I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, FKA M & I BANK is Plaintiff, and THOMAS J. LEFEVRE A/K/A TOM LEFEVRE; KAREN WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. LEFEVRE A/K/A TOM LEFEVRE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN WILLIAMS; BMO HARRIS BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO M&I MARSHALL AND ILSLEY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GOLD BANK; PETER BALDI; LINCOLNSHIRE ASSOCIATES II, LTD; ABSOLUTE WINDOW & SHUTTER, INC.; GULFSTREAM TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 28th day of September, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 501, GULFSTREAM TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 505 PAGE 53, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 13, 14, 15, 16 AND 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
