Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2015 CA 003294 NC, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 35, WOODSIDE TERRACE, Phase 2, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1667, Pages 1781 - 1815, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 22, Pages 15 - 15D, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida,
said property having a street address of 7212 Wood Creek Drive, Unit 35, Box 11, Sarasota, Florida 34231, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on October 28, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
